Let's Get Together

Hello everyone!

Today I attended a party with some of my friends so that I could see them before I left for college. We watched a movie called "the league of extraordinary men." I quite enjoyed it, and in fact I am writing this blog during the movie. I know, I know: Emily quit being so antisocial, but I'm paying just as much attention to the movie as I am paying to this blog.

Today's blog is going to be somewhat of a repeat topic, only because I want to make sure I get a blog posted today. Now my little kiddies, we are going to discuss family gatherings.

My dad's family and I get together on Christmas eve. Our normal schedule is this:
7- everyone begins to arrive, with the Ringenbach tradition of if you're not 15 minutes early, you're late.
7:15- everyone ogles over the amazing dessert that I brought and how much everyone has grown.
7:30- we all sit down for a large helping of Christmas lasagna.
7:50- everyone ogles over the dessert I made as it is sliced and handed out.
8:00- the youngest kids pass out presents to everyone, and then sit down to open their presents as well.
8:30- everyone begins to say their goodbyes and head home.
9:00- I arrive back at my moms house for the night.

As well as my dads family Christmas traditions, my mom and Glenn and I have traditions as well. After I arrive home, mom talks to me about all of the amazing gifts and money that I received and then we all settle in moms bed to read Christmas stories. Normally I would tell you the books that we read but I would like to postpone that for another post.

Question of the Day: what do you all do for Christmas? Do you have traditions like me?

Until next time,
Lasagna Claus

Remember: 127 days until Christmas!
